These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Midwest Health Clinics(the “Service”), operated by Novak Media DBA Midwest Health Clinics. By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
The Service
Midwest Health Clinics is an informational directory of private health and wellness clinics. It helps patients discover clinics and helps clinic owners manage their listings. The Service does not provide medical care, referrals, or endorsements.
Clinic owner accounts and claims
- Owners may claim a listing after verifying their email and completing any required ownership verification. You are responsible for the accuracy of content you publish.
- Once a listing is claimed, you are responsible for keeping it accurate and lawful. We may remove content that is misleading, unlawful, or violates these Terms.
- You may manage multiple listings under a single account.
Subscriptions and billing
- Free listing claims require no payment. Paid and Premium plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe at the prices shown at checkout.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period.
- Downgrading or cancelling removes the associated paid features and may re-enable display advertising on your listing.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by scraping at scale, attempting to breach security, submitting false claims of ownership, or uploading unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
Third-party data and attribution
Portions of the directory are derived from public business data, including Google Places. Mapping and place data are provided by Google and used subject to Google’s terms. We display ratings and review counts but do not republish review text.
Medical disclaimer
Content on the Service is for general informational purposes only and is not medical advice. Always consult a qualified health provider regarding any medical condition or treatment. Inclusion of a clinic is not an endorsement.
Intellectual property
The Service’s design, original text, and software are owned by Novak Media DBA Midwest Health Clinics. Clinic owners retain rights to content they submit and grant us a license to display it within the Service.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Novak Media DBA Midwest Health Clinics is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Dakota, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
