Conformance target
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities.
Measures we take
- Semantic HTML and a logical heading structure on every page.
- Keyboard-navigable interactive elements with visible focus states.
- Color contrast chosen to meet AA thresholds against our design tokens.
- Descriptive text alternatives for meaningful images and icons.
- Content that renders server-side, so it is available without requiring JavaScript.
- Responsive layouts that reflow without loss of content at high zoom.
Known limitations
Some embedded third-party components, such as interactive maps, may not fully meet our accessibility target. Where a map is embedded, we also provide the clinic address and a direct link as text alternatives.
